Click the "Schedule a Pickup" button on our website to create your account and customize your order. Simply select the day and time windows that work best with your schedule and leave any specific washing instructions or stain treatment notes for our team.

2. We Customize Your Clean
Once we collect your laundry, our experts separate your items into whites, lights, and darks, while proactively treating any noticeable stains. Your clothes are washed using premium detergent and softener, or you can opt for our Free & Clear option or upgrade to Tide for a small fee. We also accommodate special care requests, match up your socks, and can hang clothes upon request for just $.10 per hanger.

3. Fresh Delivery to Your Door
We meticulously fold your laundry and return it securely in protective plastic bags. You will receive a real-time text message notification when we are on our way, ensuring a seamless, contactless drop-off.

When you click "Schedule a Pickup" to place your order, you can specify a safe, designated spot (like your front porch, behind a gate, or with a building manager) where you will leave your clothes and where we can drop them off. You will also receive a convenient text message notification when our team is on the way.

We provide door-to-door laundry pickup and delivery throughout Pasadena, Arcadia, San Marino, Monrovia, Sierra Madre, and South Pasadena.

Every order is completely customizable during checkout. Our standard, high-quality wash includes a premium detergent and fabric softener. However, you can upgrade to a Free & Clear hypoallergenic option or choose Tide for a small additional fee. We are also happy to accommodate any specific washing instructions you provide.

Yes, absolutely. We sort all laundry into whites, lights, and darks before washing to protect your garments. Our team also actively looks for and treats noticeable stains. To guarantee the best results, we highly recommend letting us know about any specific or stubborn stains when you submit your online order.

Yes, we can hang items upon request. We charge just $.10 per hanger, or you are welcome to include your own hangers with your laundry bags, and we will utilize them at no extra cost. All other items are meticulously folded, socks are carefully matched, and your clean clothes are returned securely packed in protective plastic bags.

We offer complete flexibility to fit your lifestyle. You can use our as-needed laundry service whenever your baskets pile up, or simplify your routine entirely by setting up a recurring weekly or biweekly pickup schedule.

If you are signed up for recurring service and are going to be out of town during your delivery window you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return. 

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed. You don't want any laundry spill out!
